Our extra virgin olive oil is packed within hours of harvesting from olives grown in the mountainous and semi-mountainous landscapes of southern Crete’s Messara valley—right where they are cultivated. Nestled in the heart of Crete, our village Tympaki sits at the western edge of the valley, renowned for its olive groves and deeply rooted agricultural tradition, dating all the way back to Minoan times.
