Here’s a delicious and simple recipe featuring hummus and your favorite Aleta Farms organic olive oil and can be enjoyed any time of the day as a snack, appetizer, or light meal. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup hummus (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp Aleta Farms organic olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • Pita bread or crackers for serving

Instructions:
